Fraud Forum

The GEMS Fraud Forum is an independent unit that exists to investigate any alleged fraudulent activity that might prevent GEMS from realising its vision of being an excellent, efficient and effective medical scheme for all public service employees.

The Forum also assists the GEMS executives to effectively carry out their duties and responsibilities by making sure that all required controls are in place and functioning optimally.
