Satisfaction Survey


The GEMS Satisfaction Survey was introduced to help further improve the Scheme's service delivery to you. Please assist us by telling us how you experience our services.

Members 

Simply click on LOGIN at the top right of the website. You will see the Online Solutions box where you need to login as a member or register for a PIN if you don't have one, to access the survey in the Customer Online section.

You will find the Survey on the menu to the left, below Healthcare Expenditure. Simply click on the area you want to rate and the relevant survey will appear. We will appreciate your feedback on areas such as the Call Centre, the processing of your Claims and Communications among others.

Service Providers

Click on LOGIN at the top right of the website. You will see the Online Solutions box where you need to login as a service provider or register for a PIN if you don't have one, to access the survey in the Service Provider Online section.

On the Service Provider Online homepage, click on GEMS Provider Survey below the GEMS icon to access the survey.

Once you have completed the questions, click on SUBMIT and your response will be sent to GEMS.
