Register and participate to enhance medicine deliveries

GEMS has undertaken a project to verify delivery of your medicine. The intention of the project is to improve services as well as enhance monitoring of the deliveries.

In order to participate you need to register your geo-location. By registering your geo location we are able to track deliveries of the courier company. Please note that the beneficiary only registers once to enable the tracking of deliveries undertaken by the courier company.

How to register your geo location:

• Please register at the address where your chronic medicine is/will be delivered.  Your phone will pinpoint your location.
• From your cellphone, please dial the following numbers (free of charge)
  - Vodacom, MTN and Telkom subscribers dial *134*6334#
  - Cell C subscribers only  dial *130*6334#
• Follow the prompts on your phone.  Please have the following information handy as it will be required:
  - Your membership number as it appears on your membership card
  - Your or your beneficiary's code as it appears on the membership card

The success of the project is fully reliant on your participation. Therefore, GEMS urges you to fully participate by confirming delivery of your medicine or that of your registered dependants via USSD. 

Please note this project will not cost you any fee as a member. Your participation will be highly appreciated.
