Ms Nkadimeng holds an MSc Degree in Information Management Systems, International Programme in Personnel, Certificate in Systems Analysis & Design and Certificate in Business Management. 

Before  joining GEMS, she worked as a Group Head Information & Communication Technology & Information Management for the City of Johannesburg.
