Mr S Lewatle

Sam has over 10 years of experience at an Executive and Senior Management level and a total of 18 years in the Human Resources field.

He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Oxford-Brookes University (UK) together with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Diploma in Macro Economics and Industrial Relations and a Post Graduate Certificate in Executive Leadership.

Career highlights:

• Executive Director: Human Resources at the National Development Agency. He developed and implemented a wide array of Human Resources strategies, systems and processes and procedures whilst always ensuring alignment to the business strategy resulting in improved Human Resource services delivery.
• Employer Brand Management accreditation
• Certified Business and Executive Coach
• Registered as a Master Human Resources Practitioner (South African Board for People Practice (SABPP)).  Sam's expertise lies in Business Turnaround Strategies, leadership, and execution. 

He has worked in both public and private sector organisations and including managing his own Management Consulting company. Sam is responsible for the Corporate Service  Division, which includes human resources services and office infrastructure management.
