Please note that any documents older than three months will be rejected and this may delay your refunds. It is important to submit these documents as GEMS has to comply with FICA (Financial Intelligence Centre Act 38 of 2001), which fights money theft and fraud by helping to identify individuals who engage in such illegal activities.
