GEMS no longer issues cheques for refund payments. Please ensure that we have your bank details so that we can pay your refunds electronically.

You can submit your bank details to us in the following ways:

• fax to: 0861 00 4367;
• e-mail to: [email protected];
• hand the details in at one of our regional walk-in centres; or
• post to: GEMS, Private Bag X782, Cape Town, 8000
