PARTICIPATE IN THE GEMS TELEPHONE QUALITY SURVEY
GEMS has introduced an automated telephone quality survey service which you can participate in when you phone our Call Centre.
When you call our Call Centre the agent will ask you whether you'd like to participate in the survey. It will not take more than a minute of your time, but those 60 seconds will go a long way towards helping us render excellent service to our members.
Only two questions are asked in the survey.
1.Did the call centre agent provide a resolution to your enquiry?
Press 1 for "Yes" and 2 for "No"
2.Was your enquiry dealt with in a professional manner?
Press 1 for "Yes" and 2 for "No"
