On 11 July 2009, people around the world observed the 20th World Population Day in different ways. This year's theme was a chance to build awareness of the importance of educating girls to a wide range of development issues, including poverty, human rights and gender equality. (UNFPA.org)

Stress these days is more prevalent than ever and perhaps everyone is feeling the pinch from the current economic conditions, inflation, petrol hikes and crime, to mention but a few factors that add to a feeling of being and feeling stressed.
