Receive and take care of your medicine

The GEMS Chronic Medicine Designated Service Provider (DSP) is dedicated to ensuring that GEMS members receive the right medicine at the right place and right time.

Members are encouraged to take precautionary measures that will in turn safe-guard their medicine supply against theft or loss. When travelling, members should take the amounts of medicine required for the period they will be travelling instead of taking an entire month's supply of medicine.

In the unlikely event that the medicine is lost, a backup supply will ensure continuity with the medicine compliance while a new script is being issued.
