The Seventh GEMS AGM will be taking place at the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC), Convention, Square, 1 Lower Long Street, Cape Town, 8001 on 31 July 2013 at 15h00. The final AGM agenda and proxy form is now available. To view the 2013 proxy form and agenda click here.
The AGM and proxy form provides members who are unable to attend the AGM with the opportunity to appoint a proxy. Please note that for your proxy form to be considered, it needs to reach us by 16h00 on Wednesday, 24 July 2013. Members are to present their Identity document (ID) and membership card upon arrival.
Completed proxy forms can either be posted to Private Bag X782, Cape Town, 8000, emailed to [email protected], or faxed to 0861 00 4367, for the attention of the Principal Officer under reference "2013 AGM Proxy".
