Avoid interrupted medicine supply

GEMS will send you an SMS notification reminding you to obtain a new prescription before the current one expires. When you receive the new prescription from your doctor, send it to us via fax to 0861 00 4367 or email to [email protected].

Remember that, by law, no medicine can be dispensed in the absence of a renewed prescription. So ensure you have your new prescription ready; it will help prevent interruptions in your medicine supply and help you to manage your chronic condition better.
