A dedicated medical emergency assistance helpline 24/7

With the Emergency Medical Service (EMS), GEMS members have access to a dedicated medical emergency assistance helpline
24 hours a day. The emergency line number, 0800 44 4367, is displayed at the back of your membership card.

The 24 hour medical emergency assistance helpline assists GEMS members with the dispatching of an ambulance, emergency
telephonic medical information, inter-hospital transfers where necessary and arrangements for the escorted return of minors after an accident.

Remember, only use the GEMS EMS number in the case of an emergency, someone's life might depend on it.
