As a member of GEMS you never have to struggle or worry about anything you don't understand; whether it's about your benefit usage, claims or anything related to your benefits and membership GEMS has 18 walk-in centres in South Africa and two of these walkin centres are in your province.
You can easily walk into one of our centres and get all the help you need and more. Visit the website at www.gems.gov.za (click on "Contact Us") or refer to your Member Guide to find a walk-in centre near you.
The GEMS Walk-in Centres are open Mondays to Fridays between 8am and 5pm and on Saturdays between 8am and 12pm.
