With effect from 1 January 2015, the GEMS Call Centre will be new and improved; with simple member-centric voice prompts (IVR) to follow.

We have assessed healthcare provider call centre usage patterns and considered industry best practices, and came to the conclusion that a dedicated call centre experience is required for healthcare providers who service our members.
With effect from 1 January 2015 you will have access to a dedicated call centre number for healthcare service providers: 0860 436 777.
