  • To obtain pre-authorisation for hospital admissions
    • 48hrs prior to the planned admission date
    • within 72hrs of the admission for emergency hospital admissions
  • To assist with benefit bookings 
  • To authorise consultations that fall within a 4-day period, or where members have exceeded 10 visits
