Q: Where can I obtain details of the different Momentum tariff reimbursement rates?
A: All the tariff rates are available under the menu "Important Information", and then the sub menu "Rates" on the left hand side of the site. Select the applicable discipline to view the relevant rates

Q: What is the process for obtaining an authorisation for a patient or to register a patient on a health management programme?
A: Contact us on 0860 11 78 59 for Momentum Medical Scheme members, or 0860 10 29 03 for Momentum Health4Me members. The voice prompts will allow you to select "chronic registration", alternatively hold for an agent.
