Metropolitan Health Risk Management is managed by an executive management structure, which reports to the managing director who, in turn, reports to a board of directors.
Our client-centric model provides dedicated business units to service each client scheme. In terms of this model executive management is effective on two levels:
- the corporate group level overseeing all activities
- client-centric business unit level, where dedicated business units exclusively manage the affairs of individual client schemes.
