How, when and where to send a repeat script

In order to avoid interruptions to your chronic medicine supply, GEMS encourages you to send in your repeat prescription in
time and through the correct channels. To make this process as simple as possible, here are some useful tips:

• Always submit your new repeat script before the current one expires. Ask your doctor to provide you with one.
• If you are collecting your medicine from your local pharmacy, send a copy of your prescription to GEMS via fax or email AND then take your original prescription to your pharmacy.
• If your medicine is delivered to your preferred address, remember to fax your prescription to GEMS and post the original copy.
