Participate in your Scheme's AGM!

GEMS's ninth Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place at the President Hotel, Bloemfontein on 31 July 2015. The AGM provides the perfect platform for you to hear first-hand how your Scheme is faring and to have your voice heard. Look out for the following documents that will be sent to you in the second quarter of 2015:

• Annual Report: Provides the financial statements and a report on the Scheme's performance during the previous year. This will be discussed and addressed at the AGM.
• Notice of the AGM: Is an official invitation to all members to attend and provides details of the date and venue.
• Agenda: Provides the list of items that will be discussed. Members can propose the addition and/or amendment of items on the agenda.
• Proxy form: To be completed should you not be able to attend, but would like to send someone else to attend, speak and vote on your behalf.

Ensure that you participate in this year's AGM so that you can have your say and make a positive contribution towards your Scheme.
