Council of Medical Schemes Survey

The Council of Medical Schemes (CMS) is the regulatory body of all medical schemes registered in South Africa.

We are inviting you to participate in a survey, to determine the level of awareness of the services offered by the CMS to members of medical schemes in South Africa.

Your participation is voluntary and responses will remain confidential and anonymous.

Participants who provide their contact details will be entered into a special draw where 5 participants will each win a shopping voucher to the value of R1 000.

The fully completed questionnaire must be submitted by 29 September and winners will be announced at the end of October.
