How can I join the GEMS Workplace Fitness programme?

GEMS will come to the department that has agreed and signed T&C of the programme to host onsite exercise events with one of our programme consultants. To make a booking, call 0860 00 4367, or send an e-mail to [email protected].

Does it affect my membership contribution to be part of the programme?

No, this programme requires no additional contribution by the member.

How do I qualify to be part of the programme?

GEMS members who are employed by a participating Government department qualify to be part of the programme. If you are a GEMS member but are not employed by a participating department - encourage your wellness champion to register your department on the programme.

How does my department register on the programme?

Through the GEMS Workplace Fitness Programme contact centre, by sending a request to [email protected].

What are the benefits of joining the programme?

• Group Exercise Sessions,
• Access to Fitness Assessments,
• Desk exercises, health coaches, Dieticians, etc.
• Access to the GEMS Fitness Portal to record and track your activity and health progress.
