Q: Where can I obtain details of the different Momentum tariff reimbursement rates?
A: All the tariff rates are available under the menu “-Important Information-”, and then the sub menu “-Rates-” on the left hand side of the site. Select the applicable discipline to view the relevant rates

Q: What is the process for obtaining an authorisation for a patient or to register a patient on a health management programme?
A: Contact us on 0860 11 78 59 for Momentum Medical Scheme members, or 0860 10 29 03 for Momentum Health4Me members. The voice prompts will allow you to select “-chronic registration-”, alternatively hold for an agent.
